A Better Life

Nadia a cook, and yann, a waitress and mother of 9-year-old child, decide to risk every thing on purchasing a restaurant. With loads of talent, energy, love and fantasies, but no finance of their particular, they end up forced into a jungle of finance and bank loans which overwhelms them. To bail out them, Nadia needs to choose a job while Yann is made to stay behind to conserve the restaurant. Together, he and the child face a relentless avalanche of creditors, an uncaring system and the everyday grind from which there is not any judgment... Yann finally understands that his sole likelihood of salvation is based in connecting his lover as well as surrogate mom and child by following Nadia into Canada and a much better life.
