A Fairly Odd Movie: Grow Up, Timmy Turner!

The tv picture is set at the town of Dimmsdale and centers on the series' protagonist Timmy Turner using his fairy godparents Cosmo and Wanda and his fairy godbrother Poof. From the picture, Timmy is now 23 yrs old but remains in fifth grade using all his fairy-obsessed fifth grade teacher Mr. Crocker. Timmy finds a loop hole at the fairy rule book Da Rules despite being increased up: he will still get to keep his fairies when he proceeds to behave like a youngster. When Tootie, who was a dorky girl when she was a decade old, yields to Dimmsdale being a attractive lady, however, the issue rises. Timmy falls in love with her, a sign he is growing as much as an adult, so he's more closer to losing his fairies. Meanwhile, an oil firm tycoon called Hugh J. Magnate, Jr., who teams up with Mr. Crocker, intends to make use of Timmy's fairies' magic in order to advertise his petroleum enterprise.
