Battle 360°
Battle 360° is the American television series which aired from February 29 to May 2, 2008 . The program targets the World War II-era aircraft carrier USS Enterprise. Flight 3 3 Productions created the show.
Battle 360° makes extensive use of computer animation to depict the story of the Enterprise. The animation is united together with voice over narration, interviews of historians and Enterprise crew members, along with documentary footage.
The series had been written by Tony Long and Samuel K. Dolan, also produced by Brian Thompson, Samuel K. Dolan and Tim Evans. It is narrated by Wally Kurth. Military historians providing commentary included Alan Pietruszewski, First Sergeant William Bodette, Martin K. A. Morgan, Jonathan Parshall, along with producer and story editor Samuel K. Dolan. The 3D graphics are Crazybridge Studios, together with additional images by Radical 3D. The visual effects manager is Steffen Schlachtenhaufen. The executive producers were Louis C. Tarantino and Douglas J. Cohen, and also the partner producer was Ryan Hurst.
On February 29, 2008, the very first installment of Battle 360°'d 1.8 million audiences. It was the most useful viewer complete to get a brief history channel series premiere, supporting Ice Road Truckers.
