Neotokyo, the entire year G.C. (Galaxy Century) 0051, which marks a half century since first contact was made. Super light-speed navigation technology has been got by humans and formed a common wealth of planets. A streak of lousy fortune is currently continuing to reportage writer Robby Yarge, who is old. He neglects so his contract is cut. His girlfriend leaves himhe nearly dies in a traffic crash, and even debt collectors come after him. Robby's bag is stolen by a bag snatcher 1 evening, and a man helps him. An 18-year-old part-time worker, hatchi Kita, catches the criminal and returns the bag of Robby. Robby offers him a meal in return and his own love. The pair find they are part ways and so on complete opposites. Hatchi ends up in the lifetime for a debt collector of Robby. Hatchi explains that it's his job. A cat and mouse chase begins, and the Finance president Yan of Yan chooses his subordinates Aro and Gra and that ride. Robby manages to elude Hatchi and escape space whilst controlling off Yan's band. Robby thinks of escaping to Isekandar, a planet in the Milky Way that is said to bring happiness. Though Robby thought he had escaped to space alone, he discovers Hatchi inside his spaceship. Both decide to visit across the galaxy together.
