Kokomi, Saki, and also Yotsuba are 3 middle schoolers and friends who lead various lifestyles. One afternoon they match Kumachia talking teddy bear who has been delivered with his own master called Phandy to hunt for that the"Gyaku Jewels", an individual center source treasure which can grant wishes. Kumachi later chooses them to become Phantomirage, a Robin Hood as a way to fight against Reverse Police, friends of evil cops who detain good people by turning them in their selves styled phantom thieves of justice. Their hearts that are must purify allowing them reunite their treasure by granting their dreams and to turn into ordinary.
