A smart, adorable robot called as"F.R.E.D.I." is stolen from a secret research center by the project's lead scientist. A 15 year-old teenager finds the robot. Soon the two begin to convey and create a bond in which F.R.E.D.I. learns about teenage lifetime and James learns to a few fresh worth.
