Penny Slot (Rena Riffel), a Las Vegas stripper, embarks on an odyssey to become the star dancer on a dance television show. She searches for the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow with stars in her eyes, but instead encounters danger in a town much more sinister than Sin City. Then comes romance, which propels her closer to her ambition of glory, fame, and money. Penny Slot is drawn into a deadly love triangle filled of temptation and seduction, but danger lurks around every corner. Penny's longstanding fiancé/boyfriend, James "Jimmy" Smith (Glenn Plummer), tells her that if she wants to be taken seriously as a true dancer, she requires proper technique training, so Penny takes his advice and enrolls in ballet classes and practices her pique turns.
