Arctic Dogs

Swifty the Arctic fox works in the mail room of this Arctic Blast Delivery Service however fantasies of one day being a Top Dog (the Arctic's star husky couriers). Swifty delivers a mysterious package into a mysterious site and covertly commandeers among those sleds to prove himself worthy of the Top Dog role. He stumbles upon a fortress where he comes face to face with Doc Wal-Rus, a blubbery evil genius who commands a loyal army of strangely polite puffin henchmen and walks on mechanical thighs. Swifty soon discovers Doc Wal-Rus' want to melt the polar icecaps and flood the world so as to predominate as leader. Swifty has to enlist the aid of his friends: PB, an polar bear, Lemmy Weez and Sal a tough as nails mechanic. This group of Arctic misfits has to band together to stop Doc Wal-Rus' sinister plans and save.
