Love's Twisting Path

A romance torn by swords... In Kyoto in the very last days of Edo Period, the bloody conflict continues between local feudal domain names, who plan to overthrow the Tokugawa Shogunate, and the Shogun's police and city patrol. Tajuro Kiyokawa, when the master of the sword however a perverted samurai who left his domain putting his previous ambition, barely makes ends meet. Toyo, a woman who runs a tavern across the street, feels affection to Tajuro who guards her place in dreadful customers, however he realizes Toyo's feeling... One day, Kazuma, a half-sibling of all Tajuro, came to Kyoto to count on his brother. Kazuma believed that Tajuro left the domain name to pursue his dream to conquer the shogunate and has looked him up. Tajuro is finally found by the city patrol, the one attacks him, and indicated being a subversive. What fate awaits for Tajuro, Toyo and Kazuma after having a struggle staking their lives...?
