Saikano

Saikano: The Last Love Song On This Earth. Is anime, a manga, along with OVA show by Shin Takahashi, founder of Iihito and Kimi no Kakera. Saikano was originally serialized in Shogakukan's Big Comic Spirits magazine. A movie adaptation was launched with Aki Maeda starring as Chise in Japan on January 28, 2006. The Saikano manga and anime show has been licensed and is currently being distributed by Viz Media from English from the united states. The anime show is spread in the UK from Manga Entertainment. Although the city is not mentioned by name at the series, all opportunities can lots of the locations found in Otaru-shi, west of Sapporo. The railway station,"Hell Hill", the Asahi Observation Hill, the view over the harbor, and the institution all have similar seeming counter parts from town of Otaru.
