The Restaurant can be possible television show which aired on NBC in 2003. The show had encore presentations on Bravo and CNBC. Celebrity chef Rocco DiSpirito opened the Gramercy Park restaurant Union Pacific in August, 1997. The NBC show, it was announced, would follow DiSpirito because he started and worked with a brand new Manhattan restaurant.
